Racialisation
- Race is a social construction
- Races do not exist outside representation
- Historical formation of race occupies structurally subordinate positions
News media commonly represent black people as problematic.
Examples of non-white ethnicity in the news and entertainment media in the terms of post-colonial perspective?

Non-white culture is shown as soon as you go on the page, the first picture you see displays how monks are dressed. It explains about all their culture, it shows them as how people would expect monks to look like.

This website shows Asia as a rather wealthy culture, shows modern well built buildings. so a well devolped place.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world/asia/ or africa or south east asia
On this website it displays people from another race as bad people. For example the Bo Xiliai who was jailed for 15 years. Another example would be three people dieing from axe attack in china. Also displaying people from a different race as bad people. On the bbc website, there isn't really anything positive about people from other races. Just bad news.
